OpsLinkCAD – Terms of Service

OpsLinkCAD (“the Service”) is a software platform owned and operated by OpsLink Systems (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using OpsLinkCAD, you (“the User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the platform, subscribing to any paid tier, or using any part of the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for all actions performed under your account.
• If under the age of majority, you have consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Global Jurisdiction Policy

OpsLinkCAD is provided globally. Regardless of where you live or access the Service, you agree that these Terms apply fully and globally.

You agree that:

• You are responsible for compliance with your own region’s laws.
• OpsLink Systems is not required to modify the Service to meet local regulatory requirements unless legally compelled.
• Any legal claim must be brought in a jurisdiction chosen solely by OpsLink Systems.

4. Service Model

OpsLinkCAD is a CAD/MDT and community management SaaS platform. We may modify, change, limit, or remove features at any time.

5. Accounts & Security

• You must protect your login information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for security concerns or violations.

6. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

7. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, layouts, brand assets, documentation, and platform logic are the exclusive property of OpsLink Systems. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of OpsLinkCAD.

8. Availability, Uptime & Maintenance

OpsLinkCAD is provided “as-is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or performance. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may occur at any time.

9. Data Handling & Storage

• We store required operational data to provide the Service.
• No system is guaranteed 100% secure.
• We are not liable for data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access.
• You must back up your own critical data.

10. Payments & Subscription Terms

By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Full billing details are in our Billing Policy.

11. Cancellations & Termination

OpsLink Systems reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
• Delete communities violating our Terms or AUP.
• Refuse access to any user, group, or organization.

12. Limitation of Liability

OpsLink Systems is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or revenue
• Service outages or downtime
• Actions taken by users, staff, or community administrators
• Misuse of CAD/MDT data, APIs, or system features

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpsLink Systems from any claims, damages, losses, or costs resulting from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your community’s actions or content

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of all changes.
