Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of OpsLinkCAD (“the Service”), a product of OpsLink Systems. By accessing or using OpsLinkCAD, you agree to comply with this AUP in full. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination, deletion of communities, or legal action.

1. General Obligations

You must use OpsLinkCAD responsibly, legally, and respectfully. All activity performed under your account is your responsibility.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service for any of the following:

2.1 Illegal Activity

• Any activity prohibited by law in your jurisdiction or ours
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, or identity theft
• Unauthorized access to computer systems
• Distribution of pirated or illegal content

2.2 Abuse, Harassment, or Harm

• Harassment, threats, bullying, or intimidation
• Hate speech, discrimination, or targeted attacks
• Doxxing or publishing private information

2.3 Security Violations

• Attempting to bypass authentication or authorization
• Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities without permission
• Injecting malicious code or modifying the platform
• Launching denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
• Interfering with system integrity or performance

2.4 Platform Misuse

• Reverse-engineering, copying, or cloning OpsLinkCAD features
• Using automated scripts or bots to overload the Service
• Attempting to extract source code or proprietary assets
• Tampering with billing systems or subscription enforcement

2.5 Harmful or Disruptive Content

• Malware, viruses, or corrupted files
• False emergency information
• Inappropriate or unlawful data stored in the system

3. Community-Related Responsibilities

If you create or manage a community using OpsLinkCAD, you must ensure that:

• All members follow this AUP
• Your staff and admin teams act responsibly
• No unlawful or harmful activity occurs in your environment
• Proper moderation practices are followed

4. API and Automation Rules

• No excessive API calls or flooding endpoints
• No attempts to bypass rate-limits or quotas
• No unauthorized automation or scraping
• API keys must be securely protected

5. Data Usage Requirements

• No collection of sensitive personal data without explicit consent
• No storing illegal information or copyrighted materials
• No misuse of CAD/MDT data for harassment or real-world harm

6. Account Security

You must safeguard your login credentials at all times. Account sharing or insecure practices may lead to enforcement actions.

7. Enforcement Actions

OpsLink Systems reserves the right to take corrective action at its discretion, including:

• Content removal
• Account warnings or suspensions
• Community deletion
• Permanent bans
• Revocation of all access to OpsLinkCAD
• Legal action for serious violations

8. Reporting Violations

To report abuse, violations, technical misuse, or security issues, you must join the official OpsLinkCAD Discord community:

Once inside, contact one of the founders directly. This is the official and only accepted method of submitting reports and concerns.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of OpsLinkCAD constitutes acceptance of all changes.
